Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges

All eligible U.S. purchases made from November 15th, 2024, to December 24th, 2024, may be returned or exchanged through January 15th, 2025. Purchases made after December 24th, 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy. As always, exchanges are free and easy. More details.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates (CANADA)

For delivery via standard shipping on December 25th order on-shelf items prior to Sunday, December 8th at 11:59pm for the contiguous U.S. Print on demand and made to order items cut off is also Sunday, December 8th. Items that are not guaranteed will be noted on the product page and order confirmation email. Delivery cut off guarantees subject to change based on current shipping environment.

We guarantee we will attempt to deliver on or by December 24th for all products outside of pre-sale items or unless otherwise stated. If we don’t shipping is on us. Orders shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee the delivery times if the delay is a result of an unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstance, such as poor weather conditions or carrier related delays from network over congestion. More details.

Note: UPS and USPS typically experience delays during the holiday season. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. 

Order Processing

While we expect most in-stock orders to ship in our standard 1-2 weeks processing window, it still may take us longer than usual to process your order this time of year. Due to increased demand, please allow for additional processing time for orders placed on or after Black Friday 11/28. We expect order processing could take up to 10 business days. We’ll email you when its on its way. 

We will be accepting made to order and pre-sale on a small number of items. If you have selected an item that is made-to-order or pre-sale, the estimated ship date is visible in the products shipping description on our website and next to each item in the order confirmation email.

Gift Messages, Returns & Receipts

If you want to send an item as a gift, please check the box labeled "Want to include a gift message?" on the cart page prior to checkout. You can add a personal message to the packing slip at no extra charge and we'll remove the prices from the receipt.

If you are worried about sizing we also allow a gift recipient the ability to return a gift for store credit or a new size themselves, with or without access to the order number or contacting you.

Sending a last minute gift?
